Community Calendar Event Submission Guidelines

Submissions should be sent by email to me, Shari, at VeganinVA@gmail.com. Please type "EVENT SUBMISSION" in the subject line.

Submissions must contain the following to be considered for the Vegan in VA Community Calendar:
- event name
- date and time
- full street address of location (plus venue name, if applicable)
- description (include admission cost, if any)
- host's name and contact info (will not be published)
- benefitting organization's name and contact info (will be published)
- general event contact info (will be published)

The following are optional:
- links to any relevant websites &/or social media accounts
- photos or logos (4 maximum; attached, not embedded)
- how your event relates to or benefits veganism

If approved, submissions will be posted within 2 business days.


* All event submissions will be reviewed. Event submissions are subject to the content guidelines specified in my Disclaimer. I reserve the right to reject or remove any listing for any reason at any time without notifying the event host.
